In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

A bet is not accepted until rs7786 has issued a confirmation and a unique bet reference number has been generated. rs7786 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. This right extends to bets placed by players identified as professional or advantage gamblers.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, rs7786 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Neither rs7786 nor its game providers are liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond their reasonable control. rs7786 will communicate such events to affected players as soon as practicable.

Cricket and other sports betting markets offered on rs7786 are governed by the official rules of the relevant sport and competition. For PSL and international cricket markets, results are determined based on the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the trading team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rs7786 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.

• Allowing any third party, including family members, to access or operate your account.

rs7786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Upon permanent closure of an account for breach of these Terms, rs7786 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. In cases of closure not related to breach — such as voluntary closure or regulatory action — the verified account balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of all required checks.

• Losses incurred as a result of gambling or betting activity on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime beyond rs7786's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Actions taken by rs7786 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or closure.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption of any kind.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rs7786 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
